Your event is getting close! It's time to submit your Event Details (below) and review your checklist of paperwork:
1 month before event...
  • Turn in your event details (that's this form!)
  • Turn in your vendor information.
  • Have you paid your refundable damage deposit?

    2 weeks before event...
  • Finalize your room layout.
  • Call us with any last minute questions
  • Make sure any rental items (linens, change rooms, etc) have been paid for.
  • Tag #marinavillage and share the story of how your planning is going!

    NOTE: Any personal information provided, such as email, phone, or address, is being requested here solely to match up your account information, and will be used for no purpose other than correspondence about your event.
  • This is optional, but not to exceed midnight (or 1AM on New Year's Eve).
    NOTE: Your contract reserves the lawn for you in a 3-hour time block. The start time of your ceremony should be in the middle of the time block you have reserved. You must be completely off the lawn (including decorations) at the end of your time block.
    Ceremony rehearsal space is complimentary, and therefore not guaranteed. Please contact us for confirmation and further details.
    As mentioned above, we do need to get a physical signature on this form.
