  • Reservation requires 50% of the room/lawn rate. Balance is due 60 days prior; damage deposit is due 30 days prior.
  • Rates are subject to change (to max rate) on holidays.
  • Outside catering is permitted in all rooms that we rent.
  • Seaside & Catalina rooms are rented & catered directly through Ranch Catering.

  • Room rate includes 5 hr. party time, uncovered tables & chairs, and dance floor.
  • Setup/cleanup time is not included in your 5 hr. party time; decorating may begin as early as 9am.
  • Rooms are rented once per day. Events end no later than midnight (excluding New Year’s Eve).
  • 21-and-under celebrations (including 21st birthdays, sweet 16′s, quinceañeras, etc) must be held on Sundays only, ending no later than 10pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Unfortunately we can no longer hold fraternity/sorority-related events at our facility.

CEREMONIES AND VOW RENEWALS
Our waterfront venue offers two outdoor ceremony sites framed by the picturesque marina backdrop. Included with your ceremony site rental is 3 hours of time on the lawn, up to 100 chairs, and a white wooden arch.  The open, airy locations are perfect for dramatic entrances…you may arrive by limo, antique automobile, or even by horse-drawn carriage. The serenity and natural beauty of the surrounding grounds sets the stage for stunning photographs; exchange your vows as the sun sets over the bay, creating your once-in-a-lifetime memory.

 
RECEPTIONS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
Your day – your event! If you have dreams of a large formal reception for 350 guests, or a small, intimate party of less than a hundred, our expert staff will help you select the perfect banquet hall to suit your style and budget. We can also refer you to our preferred vendors for multiple things – from catering to coordination. Each room has its own unique features, some of which include vaulted ceilings, loft spaces, built-in dance floors, and second-story views.  Our reception rooms have views of the marina or our courtyards, and the property is well suited for numerous photo opportunities.

 
CATERING
Your event should go exactly as you plan, which is why we welcome outside caterers and vendors of your choice in all of the rooms we rent.  We do not have in-house catering for special events; however we have numerous references available upon request. We allow you to provide your own alcohol (including kegs); however we do not supply refrigeration, kitchen facilities, or ice. Our only requirement regarding alcohol is that events with a cash bar provide us with a liquor license.  The Seaside & Catalina rooms must be rented and catered directly through Ranch Catering.

 

 
GENERAL INFO
Once you reserve a reception hall here at Marina Village, the room is yours – no double-booking! Room access for decoration is at 9AM. Tables & chairs will be arranged in your preferred layout (and broken down after your event). Your five-hour party time may go as late as midnight (1AM on New Year’s Eve), and the five hours do not include setup/cleanup. Your attendants, vendors, coordinators, friends and family have the luxury of arriving early to set up in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere; adding to the beauty of hosting your event at Marina Village.

Our marina offers one of San Diego’s most desirable locations – we are just inside the Mission Bay Channel and minutes away from the open waters of the Pacific Ocean. The peaceful and park-like setting is surrounded by some of San Diego’s finest waterfront property and recreational splendor. Quick access to local San Diego sportfishing grounds or overnight amenities are some of the many conveniences offered to boating enthusiasts.
