We book Special Events up to 10 months out. (Example - Reservations for any room in the month of May of 2010 will begin booking on the first Tuesday of July 2009.)
Our new calendar month begins on the first Tuesday of each month (promptly at 8:30AM) with a lottery to select whose contract will be done first. This must be done in person. The lottery ONLY pertains to the first day that we open a new month. Our lottery usually takes a few hours to complete, however you are definitely welcome to reserve by phone/fax later that day. If your month is already open please call our office to check on our availability. Don't miss out a great opportunity to host your special event with us!
