Long Term Tenant Slip Rent/Utilities – Effective January 1, 2012

Permanent leases are for a minimum of two months; a 30 day notice is required to vacate.
Marina Village slip rates are charged by boat length or slip length, whichever is greatest, and are not quoted as exact until boat is measured by the dockmaster.  This sheet should only be used as an estimator prior to application approval.

  • We allow a maximum 3’ extension in slips.  For example: a 25’ slip can accommodate boats up to 28’ LOA.
  • Security deposits are due initially, along with your first month’s rent.
  • Security deposits are $15.00 per foot, and key deposit(s) are $40.00 each.
  • $30/day up to 30 ft – $40-50/day for larger slips
  • There are no initial charges for parking tags. Lost/stolen parking tags are subject to a $25 fee.
  • Slip rates approximate; all slip fees rounded to the nearest dollar
