Our Starboard Room is a ground-level banquet room, offering 1,800 square feet of space (45′ x 45′) with courtyard views.  The room is carpeted, with bay window bench seats, a large whiteboard-style area that can be utilized for slide shows or conference displays, and we include a portable dance floor if requested.  Adjoining restrooms are located just outside (but are part of the same building).

Special events such as receptions, anniversaries, holiday parties and the like can hold up to 100 seated individuals, which includes space for a dance floor.  Conferences or meetings can be hosted in a variety of seating arrangements, such as theater style or classroom style.

Hello, I am considering booking the starboard venue for my wedding. Are any of the Thursday’s in October 2017, still available?

There is a $200 damage deposit, is that refundable? Will there also be a separate security deposit? What will be the overall payment for a Thursday for the starboard room, and what is the deposit to book this venue?

I can bring in my own catering? What about alcohol?
Is a candy table and photo booth allowed?
I plan to have about 75-100 people, but no more than that.

It includes, chairs, tables, and a dance floor, correct?
Also, 5 hours of event time. Is set up and clean up included in those 5 hours? Also, is there a place on site for the wedding party to get ready?
