Sunset Room
Our Sunset Room is a second-level banquet room, offering 3,024 square feet of space with views of the marina and ocean beyond. The banquet room is in its own building, but is accessible by a flight of stairs only; there is no elevator access.
The room is carpeted, has a large built-in bar and built-in dance floor, large raised stage, DJ booth area, alcove for sign-in or gifts, a brick foyer and private restrooms on the first level. The gorgeous waterfront views and capacity for seating make this another of our most popular rooms.
Special events such as receptions, anniversaries, holiday parties and the like can hold up to 190 seated individuals, which includes the dance floor. Conferences or meetings can be hosted in a variety of seating arrangements, such as theater style or classroom style.
